Open Source Real-Time Audio Frequency Correction

Vision

An open-source, offline-capable application that intercepts system audio output and converts it from A=440 Hz standard tuning to A=432 Hz tuning in real-time. This project aims to provide free access to frequency correction technology that is typically only available through expensive commercial solutions requiring internet connectivity.

Why A=432 Hz?

Many believe that A=432 Hz (sometimes called “natural tuning” or “Verdi’s A”) produces a more harmonious and calming sound compared to the modern standard of A=440 Hz. This application allows users to experience their entire audio experience in 432 Hz tuning without needing specially recorded content.
