OB2 sidebar-all template

Bad name but I am stuck with it now.

Header Message

This is in Home » Template Sets » ob2 sidebar all Templates » Edit Template: header  Styles are inline cos I am lazy.

This is also in the main header template. I tried plugins but they were cumbersome and possibly flaky. The close /div bit is in the footer main template.

This is all in the openbazaar.tk backup via all-in-one-wp-migration plugin now.
