Kimsufi Server

Gave up on this one, keeping notes for reference. Nothing wrong with the server, it may be a nice thing to play with sometime later. But they add VAT no matter where you are, and they demand identification so why support them?

Renting this tiny dedicated server for $5 / Month (!) from kimsufi:

It should be adequate (minimum requirements).

The docs for connecting the plug-in to the wallets on the server are here, along with config instructions for the server.

If we want to use IPv6, I checked with the bitcoin wallets plug-in dev. We will need to enclose it in square brackets (see the thread on his support forum)
