Tech Support

It may be possible to pay people to do tech support from the profits made from the hosting, but below is another possibility.

For support, we refer users to where they can get limited free chat support, knowledge base and tickets as well as a forum for community support. This is cheap hosting, there is no need to provide expensive support.

Devsdirect has volunteer support staff. They can be devs, designers etc. By showing their skills to potential customers they can attract work. This is similar to what is outlined in Homesteading the Noosphere.

We could use a points system or reputation. This would skew tasks towards those who do the most volunteer work.

So anyone helping out with clickforcharity and related projects can also use this to pick up work. This came from an idea introduced by a volunteer dev previously.
