Rotate5URL.com

Hi, I have a link to rotate5url.com on the clickforcharity site. When visited, it says “PTP LINK NOT ACTIVATED” and doesn’t credit anything, though it was working as far as I know when I set it up… but these sites are pretty badly made and have awfully uninformative interfaces. Do you know of similar problems people have had or ways to prevent this? Thanks
